On the evening of July 7, we hosted the inaugural edition of the Slow Boring Book Club featuring professor Leah Boustan talking about her new book Streets of Gold: America’s Untold Story of Immigration Success.
The first half of the event is a discussion between Professor Boustan and myself, followed by Q&A with Slow Boring members who signed up.
I want to thank her for taking the time to be our book club guinea pig and also thank the dozens of members who turned out and participated. Audio is free for all, but the transcript is below the fold for subscribers.
