I’m heading to Denver early next week, and would love to meet any Denver-area members for happy hour at 6:00 pm on Monday, June 13 at Tap 14 Rooftop Beer Garden, 1920 Blake Street. On previous trips to Colorado, I have found myself gasping for air, but that was even higher than Denver and I’m in better shape than I used to be, so hopefully I will now find your oxygen levels sufficient to be good company. Laszlo: There is only one industry where a majority of U.S. households own the means of production: housing. This bodes ill for any hope to cut costs and bring down the consumer price of the end product. What is the YIMBY solution here again? (On the flipside, most U.S. households' entire capital holdings are concentrated in a single industry, or even worse, one highly particular asset.
