This was not really something I gamed out when I was thinking about doing this U Chicago fellowship, but it’s been cool to be here at a moment when the city is having the biggest election in the country. Some people see this as a bad thing, but the news that the IRA may induce much more clean energy than forecasted by the CBO is actually good.
